Lunch at Red Fork Bangalore

Reading Time: 3 minutes

A lazy Sunday like any other, and initial plans of a quick breakfast soon morphed into brunch, and as we drove around the streets of Bangalore debating on a suitable place, it became late and was time for lunch. We decided to check out Red Fork, located on 12th Main at Indiranagar.

Red Fork Bangalore shares space with an older eatery in the same premises, Daddy’s Deli, which serves Parsi food. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the entire ambience is lazy, laid back and exactly the kind of place you want to land up at on a Sunday afternoon. As it was getting warm, we sat indoors.

A ‘touching’ lunch at Touché, Bangalore

Reading Time: 3 minutes

I’d read about this touch table diner in the newspaper, and it seemed a coincidence when a friend suggested we meet there for drinks and brunch/lunch. Touché (too-shay) is situated on 100 feet road in Indiranagar, probably the most happening area in Bangalore, above the Reid & Taylor showroom. It is also the world’s 5th touch table restaurant.

Wonderla Bangalore – a wonderful experience

Reading Time: 4 minutes

Wonderla Bangalore – we had been hearing about this amusement park for quite some time and plans were finally made to check it out one bright Sunday morning. It is open to the public from 11am onwards. Located around 25-30kms away from the city on the Bangalore – Mysore Road, the condition of the road was quite good and as we drove via the NICE road, the commute was a breeze.

As we approached, the first thing that caught my eye was the sprawling space – it just seemed to go on and on, all 82 acres of it. There was ample car parking and we alighted with the sun beating down on our backs. It was pleasantly warm though, not hot.
