All narcissists now have a reason to rejoice !!

The folks at the Indian postal department are thinking of introducing personalised postage stamps bearing photographs of people at standard domestic postal rates.

Apparently, this idea called Picture Postage, was a big success in Canada, where citizens could have their photographs printed on postal stamps at standard rates.

However, it may be a while before this sees the light of day in India, as various issues are still being thrashed out, like excluding certain types of people, especially criminals, from being allowed to use this facility.
