The less said the better. The Manager level comprises of people who are more interested in looking good in front of their bosses and covering their asses in case of problems to ensure they always get their variable pay. My boss was a bloody tyrant but the company would not do anything as he was a "superstar" and they didn't want to upset him ! Finally, I quit in disgust !! TCS stinks ! The less said the better.
