Reality Check: Prices of flash drives

It seems just a while ago when I last enquired about prices of a 1 GB flash pen drive, which was then retailing at around Rs.1100 – Rs.1200.
Yesterday, I happened to visit an electronics shop and casually enquired about the same, and was amazed to know I could pickup a 2 GB flash drive for the same money now !! While I do know that prices of all tech gadgets ARE gonna keep heading southward, the speed of the crash is what really amazed me..
