Pre-register iPhone with Vodafone I went on the Vodafone site to pay my bill online, and was greeted with this lovely banner. :)

More curious than anything else, I clicked on Pre-register now. All I got was a small form asking for my details followed by ’Submit’. Nothing about when Vodafone was going to launch the iPhone.

Customers are allowed to pre-register for the iPhone 3G though the Govt is yet to make it’s stand clear on 3G telephony in the country, which could be a reason for not announcing a launch date. I tried calling the Vodafone customer care and as expected, the effort was futile, with the not so bright gal asking me “What iPhone?”

Well !!!
