Neelam Dhawan quits Microsoft to join HP
Neelam Dhawan, Managing Director of Microsoft India, has resigned. She had joined Microsoft in March 2005, after a stint at HP India as VP-Customer Solutions Group for almost 6 years. She has also worked with IBM and HCL, with over 20 years of experience in this sector.
She now returns to Hewlett Packard (HP), this time as Managing Director.
According to her,
Being a part of the leadership team at Microsoft India has been one of the most rewarding roles of my professional life and the decision to leave was a difficult one to make. I am, of course, excited about my new role at HP, and the opportunity it gives me to further strengthen the partnership between the two companies.
Her last working day at Microsoft would be June 30, 2008.
