Mobile Gift Vouchers from PayMate

PayMate, a mobile ecommerce company, has introduced a mobile gift voucher called “GiftMate”. This online voucher is availabel in several denominations, and claimed to be highly secure. It can be accessed using a PIN which is received via an SMS.
With these GiftMate vouchers, balance / unspent amounts from the original voucher value are carried forward so you do not have to use up the entire amount each time. The service itself is free for now.
A pretty interesting concept, though still some way to go before payments via mobile really catches on in India.
