Hotel Leelaventure, General Hotel Mgmt to separate

Hotel Leelaventure and General Hotel Management (GHM) have amicably decided to go their separate ways. The latter has been managing The Leela at Goa since April 2003.
Once this agreement is comes to an end next month, Hotel Leelaventure will operate and manage the hotel under their own management team.
The company has also decided to restructure their group so that all properties being operated by them now come under a common marketing alliance with Kempinski Hotels and Resorts.
The group owns and operates hotels in Mumbai, Bangalore, Goa and in Kovalam (Kerala) with projects in Gurgaon, Udaipur, Chennai, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Pune in the pipeline with a projected 2,750 rooms over the next three years, up from 1,086 rooms at present.
