Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries has appointed Hewitt Associates and Hay Group to advise them on their HR programs and initiatives.

Hewitt would lay emphasis on reward and recognition, learning and development, along with performance management.

Hay Group was given the task of undertaking a job evaluation exercise for the company’s petrochemicals business and is now set to implement this across the entire organisation, helping in organization structuring, career planning, compensation and benefits planning.
