Sharjah based Air Arabia turns five on October 28, and to celebrate the event, the airline has offered to fly all it’s passengers on all its routes free of cost that day. While the offer is valid upto the day of travel (Oct 28), it also holds good for those who had already made bookings prior to this announcement. These passengers would get a refund.

As expected, there is a fine print which is: Only the fare and surcharge will be waived, and passengers will still need to pay government and airport taxes.

At the recent World Low-Cost Airline Awards in London, the airline was named the best low-cost airline in the Middle East and Africa.
