Does your sun sign indicate your spending habits?
Came across an article about a survey conducted in the UK, which concluded that your sun sign may be an accurate indicator of the way you spend your money! Sounds weird, but here goes…
Aries
They seek only fame, and not fortune, and have no real desire to get rich. They prefer spending to saving, and rarely, if at all, organise their finances. They’re likely to spend four hours a week in restaurants, that’s twice the time spend sorting money.
Taurus
Taureans work very hard and make steady progress with their money. Most of them also spend two hours a week working out their finances. Further, one in five Taureans saves more than a handsome amount every month. Almost a third say their biggest stress is in lack of cash.
Gemini
Sociable, unpredictable and adore spending, that is Geminis for you. They spend little time sorting out their finances. However, one in five say they get stressed if they can’t pay their bills on time, while seven in ten feel convinced that they aren’t paid enough.
Cancer
Cancerians are obsessed by security and thus they like to have enough money. They make perfect business partners as they save and budget perfectly. They also save more than any of the other sun signs.
Leo
They enjoy spending but dislike debt immensely, so keep a firm check on their finances. Many of them spend more than three hours a week shopping and one in ten say they can’t save as they like luxury holidays. Typically, they have a very laid back approach to cash.
Virgo
Cautious and sensible, they are great money managers. They also have the ability to live comfortably on a tight budget, and spend less than three hours a week shopping.One in five would also give up smoking to save.
Libra
Librans crave a sense of order and balance. One in three saves a substantial amount a week and more than half of those that don’t say they don’t earn enough. One third of Librans say they would give up luxuries like cigarettes to save money if they have to.
Scorpio
Fiery tempered and often obsessive, Scorpions can nevertheless be good with financial matters. However, one in eight admit they spend too much of their earnings, while a third say their partners are the greatest source of stress.
Sagittarius
Last of the big spenders, they never worry about money matters and like gambling. They can be good with money but find it dull. One in five saves a decent sum a month, while the rest say they’d save more if they cut back on their seven hours of socialising every week.
Capricorn
Money management comes easily to those who’re born under this sign as they’re prudent and enjoy hard work. They spend the most hours working and the least spending. One in ten saves a huge sum every month.
Aquarius
Capable of making vast amounts of money, those under this sign don’t see it as the most important thing in life. Almost one in four manage to save a decent amount a month. Traffic jams are their greatest source of stress.
Pisces
They often make money from inheritance or sheer luck. And as they are forgetful, so misplacing cash comes easily to them. One third of Pisceans say family issues worry them the most, while unpaid bills stress out one in ten.
Apparently, astrologers were not at all surprised with these results.
