Close on the heels of the Pakistan government blocking access to YouTube, the government in China has also decided to pursue the same course of action by blocking access to YouTube and Yahoo after the Tibet riots have escalated into a mini civil war.
Additionally, other sites have seen a severe restriction in terms of content that can be accessed using keywords like Tibet, Dalai Lama etc.
News aggregators ike Google News have been subject to keyword filtering, and access has also been blocked to other social networking and sharing sites like Flickr and Wikipedia.
