On board Virgin Atlantic – The Best Complaint Letter

A traveller aboard Virgin Atlantic’s Mumbai-Heathrow flight wrote a hilarious complaint letter, possibly among the best ever, to Virgin Atlantic boss Richard Branson where he narrated his ordeal during the flight. Branson was apparently so impressed that he actually called the writer to thank him for his feedback and even invited him to suggest improvements in the menu.

Mumbai traffic and a jolt from Vodafone

Should the Bangalore HAL airport be closed ?

Well, if the latest protests by the city’s corporate honchos is anything to go by, the state government definitely has a problem on it’s hands. Come May 23, the HAL airport is to be shut down and the BIAL airport is to commence operations.
