B-School grads of 2007 rake in the moolah

For the batch of 2007 graduating from the top management schools in the country, the placement season saw records tumble like nine pins.
This year, more students seemed to prefer working in India, there was increased placement on day zero, there were new recruiters like SEBI. Some students even rejected salaries of Rs.1 crore plus, to start their own ventures.
Average domestic packages across all campuses saw a significant increase of around 35 per cent while international packages have grown even higher with around 43 per cent more than last year.
